1 Block Tetris
My submission for my first ever Game Jam!
Using the theme of "Only One" I decided to make a version of Tetris that uses only one block at a time. Obviously that would make Tetris pretty easy, so I decided to take control of the block away from the player. With the block moving from side to side (each with it's unique but consistent pattern), the player now has only one job; to press only one button at just the right time to determine where the block falls.
Don't forget to press the INFO button in-game for a little more INFO about the game.
I hope everyone enjoys playing my game almost as much as I enjoyed making it!

finally, a score tabulated in binary
PS. music is rad
Great Idea, I feel like if the movement of the block was more predicable I'd play it for longer
The game movement of the block is a bit to random, i just started spamming the space button
Indeed. Every block determines a random pattern when it spawns. Although the game is unpredictable when you play it fast, if you take your time to learn the pattern of each block as it spawns, you may have more success!
